MEC Faith Mazibuko officially opens the Kagiso Memorial and Recreation Centre and the Rietvallei Library, 19 Dec

Mogale residents in Kagiso take delivery of state of the art facilities

With Gauteng City Region’s programme to bring much needed services to its citizens, communities of Mogale City in Kagiso stand to benefit with the opening of two new facilities.

MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation Faith Mazibuko and the newly elected Mayor of Mogale City Michael Holenstein will on Monday, 19 December 2016 officially open the Kagiso Memorial and Recreation Centre and the Rietvallei Library.

First will be the state of the art Memorial and Recreation Centre which among others is aimed at identifying and recognizing contributions of struggle veterans and fallen heroes within the Mogale City.

The second facility is the Rietvallei Library, which is part of government’s objective to improve socio-economic conditions through access to educational resources, especially in underprivileged communities.
