The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr. Blade Nzimande will address the media on the strides that government has made in developing infrastructure at universities and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges, and the upgrading of historically disadvantaged institutions.
The Minister will also announce plans for infrastructure developments at universities and TVET Colleges for the next two years.
