Deputy Minister Mabudafhasi to officiate the Send-Off Ceremony of the Tshwane School of Music to Kuwait in Eersterust
Ms Rejoice Mabudafhasi, the Arts and Culture Deputy Minister invites members of the media to the Send-Off Ceremony of the Tshwane School of Music to the State of Kuwait as part of cultural collaborations, this afternoon at 15h00.
Tshwane School of Music (TSOM) has been invited by the South African Embassy in Kuwait and the National Council of Culture, Arts and Letters which is the Ministry of Culture in Kuwait to participate during the celebrations of Kuwait as the Islamic Capital of Youth. The State of Kuwait will cover all the travel costs.
TSOM will depart on Friday, 31 March 2017 and is expected to be back in South Africa on 07 April 2017.
The Send-Off Ceremony will take place as follows:
