Deputy Minister Dlodlo to hold Imbizo with Mamelodi community at Nellmapius Multi-purpose Centre
The Deputy Minister for Public Service and Administration, Ms Ayanda Dlodlo, will hold an Imbizo with the Mamelodi community at the Nellmapius Multi-purpose Centre in the City of Tshwane on Friday, 17 February 2017.
The Imbizo is an initiative to create a platform for government and the citizens of Mamelodi to engage on issues that affect them and together explore possible solutions. This programme also provides an opportunity for government to respond to issues raised by community members.
The key issues affecting the community include basic services and infrastructure development, economic growth and development that will be discussed during the Imbizo.
The Deputy Minister’s public participation programme (Imbizo) is a strategic vehicle that enables government to interact with citizens in a quest to improve service delivery in support of the priorities of government.
