President Jacob Zuma will lead the 23rd national Freedom Day celebrations on Thursday, 27 April 2017 in Manguzi, Umhlabuyalingana Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal.
All members of the media who have applied for accreditation, should collect their accreditation at Manguzi Education Centre, Manguzi Main Road R22, Kwa-Ngwanase as follows:
- Tuesday, 25 April 2017 from 08h30 – 17h00
- Wednesday, 26 April 2017 from 08h30 – 20h00
- Thursday, 27 April 2017 from 07h30 – 10h00
The Department of Arts and Culture will on 26 April 2017 host a social dialogue to tackle the underlying root causes of crime and violence in this community. The dialogue will take place at the Tribal Court, uMhlabuyalingana Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal from 18h00.
