President Zuma arrives in Uganda for continuation of peace talks
His Excellency President Jacob Zuma has today, 22 December 2014, arrived in Kampala, Republic of Uganda for the continuation of talks on the South Sudan peace process.
The President will today meet His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda. The first leg of the working visit started in Dar-es-Salaam, United Republic of Tanzania, where President Zuma met with His Excellency President Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania earlier today.
The consultations and discussions with the two Heads of State follow the recent visit to South Africa by President Salva Kiir Mayardit of South Sudan, and are aimed at taking forward the peace process.
