Okuphathelene nokutlolisa njengomtjhejingulani womphakathi

Nangabe ufuna ukurhelebha ngetlhogomelo lomphakathi begodu nokusekela abantu abadala, kumele wenze isibawo ema-ofisini womNyango wezokuThuthukiswa komPhakathi aseduze nawe ngokuzalisa iforomo elifana neforomo i-(Form 2).

  1. Nangabe awazi iinkhungo zokuhlala iya ema-ofisini womNyango wezokuThuthukiswa komPhakathi ukuyokufuna isikhungo esiseduze nalapho uhlala khona.
  2. Zalisa iforomo lesibawo ulibuyisele esikhungweni sokuhlala.
  3. Kumele ulethe lokhu okulandelako:
    • Umazisi weSewula Afrika.
    • Iripoti yezokwelatjhwa.
  4. Uzakuhlolwa ukufaneleka bonyana wamukelwe nokobana uthole ukuhlinzekelwa.  
  5. Nangabe uyagula namkha uluphele khulu angekhe ukwazi ukuyokwenza isibawo, ungabawa ilunga lomndeni namkha umngani bonyana liyokwenzela isibawo.
  6. Uzakuvakatjhelwa ziinsebenzi zomphakathi (social worker) ekhaya ukuzokuhlola ubujamo bepilo oyiphilako.
  7. Nangabe isibawo sakho asikaphumeleli kumele unikelwe isizathu sokungaphumeleli ngokutlolelwa incwadi, ungadlulisela phambili isibawo sakho kuNgqongqotjhe wezokuTHuthukiswa komPhakathi.
