  • Professor of Law at UOFS (1975).
  • Editor for various academic journals.
  • Legal advisor of National Educational Health and Allied Workers Union (NEHAWU) (1992).
  • Assistant Secretary of the Executive Council of the then Southern-Orange Free State Region of the African National Congress (ANC) (1992-1994).
