International Investment Council

President Kgalema Motlanthe will meet with the Presidential International Investment Council on 18-19 October 2008, in Mossel Bay.

The Presidential International Investment Council is a forum of international business leaders constituted in order to advise the President of South Africa and key Cabinet Ministers regarding foreign investment issues concerning South Africa.

The meeting will bring together key world business leaders, Ministers, Directors-General and The Presidency advisers, to discuss, among other things, the current macro-economic developments in South Africa.

Members of the media are invited to attend a media briefing on Sunday, 19 October 2008.
