Where can I obtain a copy of the Constitution (including the Bill of Rights)?

The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, was approved by the Constitutional Court (CC) on 4 December 1996 and took effect on 4 February 1997.

An electronic copy of the Constitution can be downloaded from the Constitution page.  It is also available in all official languages on the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development website. Chapter 2 of the Constitution contains the Bill of Rights
