The South African Postbank Limited Act 9 of 2010 aims:
- to provide for the incorporation of the Postbank Division of the South African Post Office;
- to provide for the transfer of the enterprise of that Division to the postbank company;
- to provide for the governance and functious of the postbank company; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
