The Sectional Titles Amendment Act 29 of 2003 intends:

to amend the Sectional Titles Act, 1986, so as:
- to substitute a definition and insert another;
- to repeal redundant provisions;
- to make certain textual alterations;
- to make new provision with regard to registration of extensions to schemes and with regard to exclusive use areas; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
