The Road Accident Fund (Transitional Provisions) Act 15 of 2012 aims:
- to provide for transitional measures in respect of certain categories of third parties whose claims were limited under the Road Accident Fund Act, 1996 (Act No. 56 of 1996), prior to 1 August 2008; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith
