The Public Protector Amendment Act 22 of 2003 intends:
- to amend the Public Protector Act, 1994, so as:
- to update certain obsolete provisions;
- to further regulate the appointment of the Public Protector and the Deputy Public Protector; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
