National Small Business Amendment Act 29 of 2004

The National Small Business Amendment Act 29 of 2004 intends:

• to amend the National Small Business Act, 1996, so as:
  • to repeal all provisions pertaining to Ntsika Enterprise Promotion Agency;
  • to provide for the establishment of the Small Enterprise Development Agency;
  • to make provision for the incorporation of the Ntsika Enterprise Promotion Agency, the National Manufacturing Advisory Centre and any other designated institution into the Agency to be established;
  • to provide for the necessary transitional arrangements to this effect; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
