45 of 2000

The Landscape Architectural Profession Act 45 of 2000 intends:

to provide for the establishment of a juristic person to be known as the South African Council for the Landscape Architectural Profession;
to provide for the registration of professionals, candidates and specified categories in the landscape architectural profession;
to provide for the regulation of the relationship between the South African Council for the Landscape Architectural Profession and the Council for the Built Environment; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
