The Customs and Excise Amendment Act 95 of 1965 intends:
- to amend
- sections 1, 18, 19, 20, 31, 37, 40, 44, 47, 55, 75, 99, 102 and 113 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964,
- to substitute sections 24, 25, 93 and 116 of the said Act,
- to amend Schedules Nos. 1 to 7 inclusive to the said Act, and to
- provide for other incidental matters.
