Act
- to appropriate adjusted amounts of money for the requirements, of the State in respect of the financial year which ended on 31 March 2000.
BE lT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:—
Appropriation of adjusted amounts of money for requirements of State
1. (1) Amounts which were authorised in terms of section 7 of the Exchequer Act, 1975 (Act No. 66 of 1975), as a charge against the National Revenue Fund in respect of the financial year which ended on 31 March 2000, are hereby appropriated in terms of section 213(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996), as shown in the Schedule.
(2) The amounts of R206 000 and R 107000000 represent amounts of money transferred from Column 1 to Column 2 of the Schedule to the Second Adjustments Appropriation Act, 1999 (Act No. 52 of 1999).
Short title
2. This Act is called the Adjustments Appropriation Act, 2000.
